- Guarantee applies only on first-time orders.

- Guarantee does not apply to subscription orders.
- Guarantee applies on orders up to the value of £20 + delivery (unless the product is damaged).
- Guarantee refers to satisfaction of our products and time to dispatch. The guarantee does not refer to time taken for our couriers to deliver your order.
- Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We will issue a refund within 7 days of request, including the value of the products and delivery.
- Customer may be asked to return the remainder of the goods purchased at their own expense, via Royal Mail or similar.

- This guarantee differs from our refund policy, in that it covers orders that have been partially consumed, unlike the refund policy.
