We process orders between 12-3pm, Monday-Friday. We aim to process orders placed before 12pm on the same working-day. Otherwise, it will usually be dispatched next-working-day.

We normally send parcels by Royal Mail (specifically Royal Mail 24, and Royal Mail 48 services), and TNT/Fedex Express, depending on the contents of the order. The Little Coffee Bag Co. are not liable for orders once they've been dispatched. We may send replacements for missing items at our discretion, providing all shipping information was sent to us correctly.
